Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take two tablets, once daily.
For faster results take two tablets twice daily for four weeks, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

I started using this product after meniscus surgery on my knee. That was over 10 years ago. Occasionally I will try to cut back from 3 tablets per day to 2 and can tell the difference. I truly feel that this products makes a difference!

I have taken this collagen supplement now for a month. I am pleased with the quality of the product. The tablet has a nice coating that makes swallowing easy. Even better, it does NOT have an abnormal taste or smell! I plan on taking this supplement long term.
