Natural Progesterone Lotion Plus Herbs

• Apply 2 to 3 pumps of lotion to thin skinned areas (upper arms and legs; upper chest and neck). 3 pumps equals about 30 mg of progesterone, plus a standardized herb complex. Application size is designed to eliminate the need to rotate body application areas and the concern of progesterone build up. Each pump contains about 10 mg of progesterone.

• Apply 2 or 3 pumps for 14 days beginning in the 12th day after the period starts. Repeat monthly, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
