Suggested Usage
Adults:
- For external use only. 4 pumps equals about 1/4 teaspoon (1.2 ml) equals 20 mg of micronized progesterone.
- For best results apply to skin with the least amount of hair.
- Choose skin areas that are relatively thin and well supplied with capillary blood flow, such as upper chest, neck, inner arms and inner thigh areas.
- Rotate application areas daily.
- Apply 4 pumps of cream for 14 days beginning on the 12th day after the period starts. Repeat monthly.
- Apply 4 pumps daily for 21 consecutive days in the month. Repeat monthly.
- Apply 3 to 6 pumps to the temples and back of the neck every 3 to 4 hours until symptoms subside.
- Apply 2 pumps (about 10 mg) daily for 21 consecutive days in the month.

- Purified water, Carthamus tinctorius (safflower) seed oil, Aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) gel extract, Sepigel 305 (Polyacrylamide, C13-14 isoparaffin, Laureth-7), Progesterone USP, Potassium sorbate, Sodium gluconate, Cannabis sativa (hemp) seed oil, Oenothera biennis (evening primrose) oil, Prunus armeniaca (apricot) kernel oil, Vitis vinifera (grape) seed oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E) oil, Sorbic acid.
