Suggested Usage
Start by placing your desired amount of powder into a cup or mug; add 2 to 3 ounces of warm water and let your drink fizz.
Stir the drink until the powder is completely dissolved, then fill the remainder of the cup with warm or cold water.

I don't have a problem with it. Mix it with water as directed and drink it. that's all there is to it.

use it for help with muscle/leg cramping and twitching. I like other flavors of natural calm better. this powder did not dissolve well, always left particles in the bottom of the glass. I will not be buying this particular item of natural calm again.

Started using this after my electrolyte levels tested low. After a couple weeks, electrolytes were back to normal! I combine this, full strength, with 1 scoop of the Calm Magnesium before bed, and it has noticeably improved my quality of sleep! When I don't take it, my sleep is super restless, tossing and turning all night. But with this, I sleep like a log, often waking in the same position after 6 hours! Helps with my chronic inflammation, too. In general, it just seems to calm things down, as the name suggests. It truly works amazingly well.

I love this product and have been using it for several years now. I prefer the flavored one and just add a big spoonful to my water bottle each day. It helps with my leg cramping and increases regularity. I find that it will lump if I add it all at once so I will put small amounts of powder in and shake the bottle to make sure it all mixes in. I highly recommend CALM Magnesium with Calcium.
