N-A-C N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine Sustain is an antioxidant and glutathione precursor that is important to detoxification and supports liver function. It features a special SUSTAIN bilayer Quick Release plus Sustained Release format.

Glutathione exerts a variety of protective effects, including supporting detoxification and intracellular defense against oxidative stress. Substances known to reduce glutathione status are acetaminophen and alcohol.

Suggested Usage

Adults: Take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times per day, preferably on an empty stomach with fruit juice or as directed by your qualified healthcare consultant.

Warnings

Prolonged or elevated intake may alter liver function tests without affecting actual liver function. Sustain Release Option

For years I've taken regular N-A-C capsules for my aging body. Recently, however, I switched to this sustained release form.
I take 2 daily on an empty stomach - one AM and one PM. The results are great, and I highly recommend this product!
