A hypoallergenic, once-daily vitamin supplement, Multi-Vitamin Complex has been specifically formulated to exclude minerals for situations where enhancement of vitamin intake only is desired. This formula provides between 100% and 200% of the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for most vitamins, and 300% of the RDA for several B vitamins.
Suggested Usage
1 capsule daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
For best absorption, Multi Vitamin Complex should be taken with food.

A Simple Capsule

I had been looking for a multi that contained just vitamins but no minerals. This product solved that issue. It is easy to swallow and does not have an after taste nor does it cause stomach upset. It also has adequate amounts of each vitamin as I do not need massive amounts that many multi have. It's perfect for people who strive to maintain a highly nutritious diet and does not cause stinky or green colored urine. Highly recommended.
