ModuChol® consists of Plant Sterol Esters to help reduce cholesterol levels.* Foods containing at least 0.65g per serving of plant sterol esters, eaten two times a day, for a total intake of 1.3 g, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease.*
Plant sterol esters compete with dietary cholesterol, so when ModuChol is consumed with food, less cholesterol is absorbed by the small intestine, thus lowering harmful LDL cholesterol.
Taking two capsules daily of ModuChol supplies 1.3 g of plant sterol esters per day.
