Suggested Usage

Best melatonin ever!

This is my very favorite melatonin. It is really effective on just 1 mg. Maybe because you use it sublingually? I used to have to take 3 mg of melatonin to get the same effect. It dissolves easily under your tongue and has a pleasant taste. I definitely recommend it.

I love this 1 MG and dissolves in your mouth. If I feel like I need 2 or 3 MG very easy to see what my body needs and only take that amount. It easily dissolves under your tongue. 30 minutes ready for bed.
