Suggested Usage

This product had the most noticeable marker in restoring what was missing for the microbiome (after having infections and being on antibiotics.) Had an even better result when taken along with these three probiotics: saccharomyces boulardi, Florajen, and spore biotic. Noticed a gradual improvement beginning at three days but it really took four to six weeks to reach a more satisfactory plateau. I am planning on taking it every three months for the next year for added stability to the microbiome, which is how long my troubles had been.
