Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose (plant-based insoluble fibers used to achieve SRT), l-leucine (essential amino acid used as lubricant), croscarmellose sodium (plant-based insoluble fibers used to achieve SRT), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent), clear coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and sunflower oil) and micro wax (for easier swallowing).

This is the best magnesium product on the market for muscle cramps. Also, I have zero digestive issues taking this product. Most magnesium supplements can cause intestinal issues and excessive bowel movements. MAG SRT free does not. Highly recommended!
