This Magnesium Spray is easily applied and non-greasy. Approximately 4 sprays equal 66 mg of elemental magnesium.

Suggested Usage
Spray 2-5 times onto your skin and massage the area.
Magnesium Topical Spray may feel slightly oily after application, but it is not an oil and will absorb quickly. You may see white residue form around the applied areas; this is just leftover salt that can be wiped off.
For a foot soak add 1-2 oz. to warm water and soak feet for 20-30 minutes.

Leg cramps were at first greatly reduced, and now almost completely gone! Thanks! The only thing I noticed on the negative side was that it dried out my legs. Easily overcome with some cream.

The product has helped alleviate the early morning leg cramps. I still get them, but they''re milder & go away in a shorter time. It used to take anywhere from 5 to 10 mins before & I would have to massage the legs & get up & walk around. Now it goes away in about 3 to 4 mins. Downside is the stickiness of the product. Small price to pay. Another problem is the sprayer. It's sometimes hard o pump--probably need to poke the hole clear!

Magnesium spray was recommended to me by my doctor since the oral supplements did not always agree with my stomach. This spray has worked well for me and my labs results have shown it is indeed being absorbed. I personally spray it on my legs at night and do not rinse off til I shower the next day.
