It contains 100 mg of magnesium as dimagnesium malate in an easy-to-deliver chewable tablet. This form of magnesium both provides a relatively high elemental concentration of magnesium and contains malic acid, a compound naturally present in fruits such as apples, which plays a role in the Krebs' Cycle and healthy energy production.

Suggested Usage

Nice form and no added sugar

These are helpful to have around for anyone who needs a chewable form of supplemental magnesium with no added sugar. It's also nice to have this form with some malate instead of all citrate as some other chewables have. Thank you for carrying this product!
