Suggested Usage

Take 2 tablets two or three times daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

    Perfect Magnesium for Me

    Works wonders!

    I buy this product over and over!

    This product always comes before they promise which I love especially if I forget that I'm running low and have to order it at the last minute. It works great and I don't like to be out of it. Makes the intestinal system run like when you were a kid. I highly recommend it to all my friends!
