I researched Metabolic Maintenance and they seem to have little or no fillers but after taking the product it started to hurt my stomach.

I researched Metabolic Maintenance and they seem to have little or no fillers but after taking the product it started to hurt my stomach. I took it at night before bed and I felt the pill in my stomach in the middle of the night and I am not sure if that was causing me to wake up.

I've been using Metabolic Maintence's Magnesium Glycinate for many years. My functional medicine doctor recommended Mag Glycinate as the most absorbable form so I researched brands without stearates & other additives I avoid. This has served me & my family well for many years. It's gentle & effective and does not cause any adverse reactions from our numerous sensitivities.

I've been using Metabolic Maintenance Magnesium Glycinate since 2017 when my functional medicine doctor recommended I take Magnesium Glycinate daily. I like it because there are no binders or additives in typical supplements, it works well, I prefer capsules to tablets, and the large bottle means I don't have to order as often.
