Mag Complete is a blend of four bioavailable forms of magnesium, designed to provide optimal absorption and utilization of magnesium.
Suggested Usage
2 capsules, 2 times daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Ingredients
Serving Size: 2 Capsules
- Magnesium 240 mg 57%
(as magnesium succinate, magnesium taurinate, magnesium malate and magnesium aspartate)
Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), ascorbyl palmitate, microcrystalline cellulose.
Free of the following common allergens: milk/casein, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans. Contains no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

The best magnesium supplement ever!

This is by far the most effective magnesium supplement I have ever taken. It is the most absorbent in the body; many mag supplements are not. After taking this, I realized just how magnesium deficient I was. Helps alot with my chronic back pain. It helps to relax the muscles; also with sciatica. I would recommend this to anyone!
