I really appreciate that they put a 6 month supply in one bottle because that makes this a great value. Selenium is great for your immune health and also your skin and nails and I have to taking it for a while. This is a good formula.

I feel I am low on selenium so I wanted to get a good brand. These seem to be good so far. I have had no negative reactions to these and they are easy to swallow. They are small. I was expecting big pills and so that was definitely a plus. They also do not have a nasty taste before they go down either that's definitely a plus too. I am hoping these help with my issues I've been having.

I started taking this because I needed to supplement with iodine and selenium is required to begin first. These capsules have been easy to swallow and no funky taste. I love that this Selenium supplement is liposomal. It is much better absorbed by the body love the quality no weird tastes easy to swallow capsules. Made in the USA. I have several other supplements of this brand and I have to say I love Codeage supplements!
