This product was super easy to take with no weird aftertaste or burping. I love that it works for men and women. My husband is taking it currently and once I am no longer pregnant I plan to take.

This is just 1 pill a day making it a 4 month supply which is a great deal. The pill is a good size and easy to swallow. No strange after taste either. I was looking for a supplement with these ingredients to help with hormone balance. This is working well for me and I am happy I found it.

Seems to be a good supplement. When taking it everyday my body feels balance. More calm and not all over the place( emotionally) if that makes since. I am going thru Menopause at the moment

Took this suppléant for approximately 7 days and it increased my anxiety massively and made me get my period 20 days early. This is because it increases progesterone and can cause the uterine lining to shed early giving some people two periods in one month. I massively regret it as I’m having a lot of PMS even though I’m going to have another period. Regularly scheduled. If you are taking this for estrogen dominance as much as I wanted to just ignore things that said make sure you have testing etc trying this was not worth the risk and the result. There’s scientific study showing that a single raw carrot daily binds to estrogen and helps move it out of your body. I would try that instead. It’s cheaper and more sustainable.

I tried dim out. I’m a young 33 year old who has never had any real hormone issues. I thought this would help with some high cortisol like symptoms lack of sleep etc. Instead it gave me RAGING anxiety and an extra period that threw me off and was HORRIBLE to experience. If you have been reading reviews and thinking—oh that person it was horrible for us the exception that’ was me I ignored those posts and I wish I had never taken this supplement. Apparently eating a carrot daily can do the same for gathering estrogen out of the body. Without potentially ruining your cycle and giving you an extra period. I feel like this is best for menopausal ppl w uteruses

I’m correcting a hormone imbalance that I have my OB/GYN instructed that I take dim And they have a brand that they sell in their office and I did buy n use it but I got a 7 month long rash & scar..so yea theirs is nothing compared to CodeAge brand of DIM-E…. Absolutely no rash EVER!!!!!!!

My breast specialist recommended I take a DIM supplement because I had a bunch of cysts in my breasts that caused a lot of pain. I also suffered from terrible night sweats that would wake me at night. My doctor said DIM can help shrink small cysts in breast tissue since it rids the body of toxins and excess hormones which can cause cyst growth and breast tenderness. Boy was my doctor right! Just weeks after I started taking it I noticed the pain from the cysts went away completely and the night sweats stopped (immediately after my first dose). There is a short detox process your body goes through in the beginning since DIM flushes out so many bad toxins from your body so I recommend starting with a lower dose and increasing over time.

As a person going through perimenopause I feel that it is helping me lessen the unpleasant symtons. My period is shorter but more regular and ess painful and I am sleeping better at night. I also feel that it slightly increased my metabolism as well. I take it once a day at dinner and will keep taking it.

Excited to see that Codeage has put together another great product to help with hormone balance. Going through perimenopause has my hormones all over the place. The liposomal delivery system helps with absorption. There is no unpleasant after taste and I like that with one pill a day I’m getting a four month supply. Looking forward to positive results!

I usually hate taking vitamins but I thought why not especially with the listed benefits. When I started taking them I initially didn't notice much of a difference as normal, however after a little bit I did notice I had more energy throughout the days and was able to think clearly and even experienced some weight loss which who can complain about that. I definitely enjoy taking these vitamins and will continue to reap their benefits.

I purchased the DIM-E+ two months ago, and I LOVE it. It really gets me going in the mornings...lots of energy and focus. AND best of all, it has helped lose inches around my waste!!! Wasn't expecting that! My belly looked flat and trim after taking this product for just 3 weeks. Absolutely worth a try.
