    Did not do what it claimed to do.

    This product was recommended by a friend. I often wake up during the night and can’t go back to sleep. I tried it several times but it did nothing for me. Unfortunately, returns are only good if the package is unopened.

    Usually helps with stress and anxiety

    I ran out of another brand of L-Theanine and ordered this brand instead. I have taken this supplement for years which has helped with anxiety and stress. I like it because it does not cause sleepiness. I am going through a heavy metal and silver detoxifying process and my body did not tolerate this supplement-it made me feel dazed at one time during the day. I then ordered my other brand L-theanine and the same thing happened. I told my cardiologist. He said it ""seems like your body no longer needs it as your body is releasing these toxins"". Another Dr. who is collaborating with these efforts, suggested reflexology and acupuncture to still address the stress and anxiety that I have. So, I normally would highly suggest taking L-theanine to help anyone with everyday stresses and anxiety but I am unable to currently use it.

    Anxiety be gone.

    Anyone who as lots of anxiety, cant sleep at night, or has ADD will benefit from this product. L-theanine, keeps you focused, and relaxes the mind.
