Great product at a great price!

This is a great product. Overuse is a big risk for stroke or heart attack as the vitamin causes the blood to thicken. For those of us who have spontaneous bruising, vitamin K1 is just what we need.

I first used Vitamin K to address spontaneous bruising. Later, when I was put on several herbs, I increases the amount to address the blood thinning that herbs cause. This product should be used as sparingly as possible because it can cause too much thicking of the blood. Used wisely, it is a great supplement!
