Suggested Usage
Shake well. Take 0.2 mL (4 drops) up to 3 times daily or as recommended by your physician. It may be added to food or mixed into cold or hot beverages, but only after the heating process.

Great product!

First of all, this brand is one of my favorites. I Started this product for being deficient in Vitamin D. I just need 4 drops a day to equal the 5,000 units of D3. Plus it has Vitamin K which is important to have together with Vitamin D. This bottle is going to last me almost a year! I recommend this product to whoever is facing deficiency in Vitamin D.
