I have been very satisfied with my bowel regularity and smooth consistency since using this product along with GI Protect Powder and OptiMag Neuro Powder.

This product was recommended to me. It has a lot of research behind it and is supposed to take some of the burden off the immune system. I think it has been good, although I have reduced the amount I use over time on account of cost. If you have bowel urgency you may want to slowly increase the dose, as it could "spur things on." But I found this to be something my body easily adapted to, which is rare and a sign that something is good. I only reduced the amount I use on account of cost (1/2 dose twice a day instead of full dose twice a day).
