Suggested Usage
2 softgels twice daily with a meal for the first 3 weeks.
Dosage can then be decreased to two softgels daily.

Like oiling your joints

Very good product for stiff joints. It feeds the synovial fluid around our joints. Check with you natural Doctor, I have found it to be a wonderful nutrient .
