Suggested Usage
Adults and Children (1 year and older): In a glass, add water or milk to one scoop of HMF Powder and mix. Take two times daily with meals, at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Great powder probiotic

Love that it is virtually clear and tasteless. This is for my 5 year old son, so that's important. I was hoping it would help with his eczema but it hasn't. Nevertheless, seems to be a great probiotic if you're looking for an alternative to gummies.
