This was prescribed by a doctor to get off of acid reflex medication. I take alocure 2 table spoons with 1/4 teaspoon of Heart burn in the morning when I wake up wait 20 min before I eat or drink anything and again at bedtime not having eaten or drunken anything 20 min before. My gut is healed and doing fantastic!!!
