I've been taking this gut healing for over a month now and I can feel a difference. I eat pretty clean and healthy but some foods were difficult to digest and just made my stomach feel lousy. With the gut health I am not getting that anymore. It also keeps me regular without having to worry about it which sometimes can be an issue when I travel.

I've been using this product for a couple weeks now in hopes it would help with mybloating and problems with regular bowel movements. This supplement helped immediately. Originally found this brand for their hair skin and nail pills but noticed the gut repair ones and decided to give them a try too. I have colitis so I am constantly struggling with stomach pains and digestive issues. I started taking these pills a few weeks ago and noticed great pain relief very quickly. For almost a year I've been woken up with stomach pains in the AM almost daily but have not had that happen in over a week. Feeling excited to have found something that is working for me.

I had been suffering greatly from digestive distress for many years which had progressed to the inability to eat at all including the 'elemental' diet. I was in a lot of pain and was preparing to die (I avoid allopathic medicine as I knew they couldn't help me and would more than likely give me antibiotics which make things worse and were probably what ultimately got me to where I was). Having worked many years in alternative healthcare I knew what NOT to do but was not getting any help from what I was doing.I stumbled across the Amen Clinic on the internet and their articles on SIBO and immediately a light went on and I purchased your products as my last hope.A month or so later I am steadily improving adding foods to my diet (raw sauerkraut is excellent) and am feeling better and better.That said a week or so into the program I must have experienced die-off as I became pretty sick for a few days (tiredness and muscular pain which I read as part of a 'healing crisis') but when that passed I have improved every day. Thank you for being there. You saved my life. And my daughter is also on the products as she has experienced IBD and is doing well too!
