Suggested Usage

For rectal use only.
Use following a bowel movement.
Refrigerate before using.
To remove suppository, cut one suppository away from the pack and then peel open at the top. Apply a light coating of Vaseline to the suppository before insertion. Insert suppository past sphincter muscle.
Try to wait 15 to 20 minutes before another bowel movement.
Use every third day or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Really work!

I use Glytamins every week and they absolutely work. I feel very sluggish if I miss a week. I don’t tolerate many oral supplements well. These support liver, kidney, gallbladder and I don’t react to them. I still have my gallbladder...I attribute it to Glytamins, as it improves bile flow. They give me energy and I can feel it working. Very easy to insert. Keep them cool during shipping. I keep them in the freezer, but try to use them up within a year. I use the Xeneplex too. Wow! Can’t live without this line.
