Suggested Usage

Adults take 1 teaspoon daily. Mixes easily in liquid. Add to a smoothie, juice, or milk of your choice.

Good maca , great deal!

Having tried many different macas , this one is one of the best and it is a very good value. It dissolves very well, has good flavor and Gaia Herbs

Amazing product

I mix my Gaia Maca with peanut butter and spread on toast or on my apple as a dip, occasionally with my oatmeal. It has it’s own flavor but it sure WORKS. Thanks to my accupunture lady for suggesting this product!!
