Suggested Usage
Two capsules with a full glass of water 15 minutes before meals and bedtime, or as directed.

-Okra (fruit), calcium lactate, Spanish Moss (Tillandsia usneoides), anise (seed), bovine liver, defatted wheat (germ), porcine stomach, choline bitartrate, alginic acid, porcine duodenum, disodium phosphate, and oat (straw) extract.
Other Ingredients: Gelatin, water, niacinamide, calcium stearate, ascorbic acid, and pyridoxine hydrochloride.
This product is processed in a facility that manufactures other products containing soy, milk, egg, wheat, peanut, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.

Best product for tummy trouble

I have used Gastrex for over 20 years. My naturopathic practitioner originally used this product to help put out the fire and inflammation in my gut due to Crohn's disease, along with big changes in my diet (going gluten free). I still keep it on hand for occasional tummy trouble. It works better than any other over the counter antacid products. Highly recommend!
