The active ingredient is called hydroxycitrate (HCA) and studies have shown that it is very safe. HCA helps inhibit fat production by temporarily inhibiting the enzyme ATP-citrate lyase that converts carbohydrates to fats in the liver. It also helps to curb your appetite and reduce food intake.

Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 30 to 60 minutes before each meal with a full glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
