Suggested Usage

I take this vitamin to help with chronic knee arthritis, bilaterally, with my right knee being the less well of the two. I am active with walking, hiking and intersperse with yoga, stretching. It continues to help me remain active without invasive knee surgery.
It is a large capsule but swallows easily. It is also noted to be water soluable so becomes quickly useful to one's joints, which is a plus.
