Fo-Ti is an herb used in traditional Chinese practices that may have a wide variety of benefits. Herb Pharm offers this liquid extract of Fo-Ti - or Polygonum multiflorum - as a way to support musculoskeletal system restoration.
This tincture is gluten free and is prepared from the roots of the plant.
