Athletes have an increased iron requirement due to high intensity training. Iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body and the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobulin.
Magnesium and vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function and support bone maintenance, whereas magnesium and zinc contribute to normal protein synthesis.
Floradix Iron Sport is easy to take and helps safeguard the balance of iron and vitamins B1, B2, niacin, B6, B12, C and D, magnesium, zinc and copper. As these nutrients are already dissolved, they are absorbed more quickly by the digestive system compared to tablets.
Suggested Usage
Shake bottle well before use. Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cup provided. Take on an empty stomach, approximately 30 minutes before a meal.
Adults: Take 4 teaspoons (20 mL) once per day. Store upright in the refrigerator and consume within 4 weeks of opening.
