This Size Pill Is Not For Me
by Barbara -
I had been taking flaxseed oil in the liquid form, but since I found this a bit messy, I decided to try the oil in pill form. This was a mistake: the pills are too large for me to swallow without problems getting them down. Big mistake, so without even finishing the bottle, I reordered the liquid oil. It is still a bit hard to manage (the cap does not help with pouring, so I must pour from the uncapped bottle, which can result in too much being poured.) I still haven't found an ideal solution.
