Fermented Black Garlic

Raw garlic by itself has many potential health benefits because it contains nutrients like vitamins B6 and C, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus and selenium.

However, when raw garlic is aged and fermented into black garlic, it not only has a very sweet and inviting taste but nutrients are enhanced or converted to a more beneficial form. One highly-beneficial and potent antioxidant in particular, S-allyl-cysteine (SAC), is increased from the fermentation process.

Each serving of our Fermented Black Garlic contains more than 800 mg of fermented black garlic (powder and extract), which includes at least 1.2 mg of SAC.

SAC is the key to reaping the super-antioxidant benefits of black garlic, and the vast majority of black garlic supplements fail to list the level of SAC in their Supplement Facts.
