Suggested Usage
Combine with a carrier oil to create a soothing massage treatment for muscles & joints, or massage into the stomach to support healthy digestion. Fennel can be diffused, but is best small amounts (1-2 drops) and blended with other essential oils. We recommend woods, spices and florals.
For topical application, use a 5% dilution rate or less.
