High B-Vitamins and Iron. Does not upset stomach and only one per day!

While this brand is rather pricey, if you look up reviews on other sites it is well recommended by naturopaths. It is also only a one a day! It has everything needed except magnesium, even high iron and iodine. I added the Pure magnesium at night.

Helping Tension Headaches

I keep going back to this vitamin. It seems to help my daily tension headaches, paired with a Co enzyme 10. Over the years,I've tried numerous combinations of vitamins
and herbs. This vitamin works well for me for energy and headaches. No stomach issues taken after breakfast.
