Suggested Usage
Adults: Take 3 Liquid Soft-Gels in the morning prior to breakfast and 3 Liquid Soft-Gels in the evening prior to bedtime. Drink a full glass (8oz) of water with each serving. If stools are loose, reduce Liquid Soft-Gel intake.

I've tried many products that are supposed to give the same effect. If this is the only one that consistently outperforms every other one!
I trust the product, especially trust the brand and I know that the ingredients are superior, making it the most effective. I take these as needed to get the desired effect, then I take one a day for maintenance. Also the best price here!
