Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement for adults and children twelve or more years of age, take one capsule with meals, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.

I had heard of the benefits of probiotics but after going on-line I decided to try this product. I believe it took a few weeks for me to see any changes,but,my system seems to be better and I would like to think this product has helped me.
