“Essential fatty acids” includes EPA, DHA and GLA to support joint, skin and eye health through a broad range of mechanisms such as cell messengering, immune activity and blood flow. Pure's EFA Essentials supplement combines fish oil with cold-pressed borage oil and may also help improve skin elasticity and moisture as well as supporting healthy tear production in the eyes.

Suggested Usage

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 1-2 times daily with meals.
