Couple years ago I had lab work showing very low vitamin D levels. I first used high dosage to quickly restore to the normal range and was advised to continue using vitamin D, 2000 IU/day to keep it in the normal range. To that aim, Bio Tech Pharmacal Vitamin D3 250 caps 1000 IU/cap helped greatly in the last few years. It is also Halal certified.
