Love creatine

Always have taken creatine off and on. I just use it when my life demands more muscle strength. I dont take a loading dose or anything like that. Just 1 sometimes 2 a day when gathering alot of firewood, shoveling. or heavy work in the garden. It keeps muscle soreness and stiffness to a minimum.
