Cortisol Manager

I've been battling insomnia for several months. I was prescribed anti anxiety meds fo take at bedtime for several years. I have been suffering constant awakening at night with bouts of insomnia since I discontinued the anti anxiety meds. This product has been very helpful in trying to balance my sleep patterns. I also feels more calming during the day as well.

I was advised to take one capsule before bed. I am unable to swallow the large tablets so I use a pill crusher and add it to a tablespoon of applesauce. I wish they would come out with a capsule version.

Taken at bedtime, it helps me sleep thru the night. No side affects at all. I use it everynight. Wonderful product. I would recommend it to everyone having trouble staying asleep.

I take one or two just as I'm feeling able to settle down to sleep. It really does remove the wired effects of cortisol and helps me sleep so I'm not as tired as I was.

When I'm stressed I can rely on Cortisol Manager to help me settle down and get a good night's sleep. No morning headache side effects or grogginess. GREAT product.

I'm in my 40's, when a woman's hormones play havoc with your sleep, which was the case with me. I tried so many different products that didn't work, so nice to have stumbled upon this one. Cortisol Manager is most effective at the onset of stress. I experience high levels of periodic stress at work and sometimes get caught up in trying to accomplish all my tasks resulting in sleepless nights and increased stress. In a moment of clarity I remember to take the Cortisol Manager which is helpful but does take a couple of days to be more effective than if I had just taken it to begin with. I keep on learning but try to be more diligent. A very good product that I am grateful for.

I take Cortisol Manager about 1/2 hour before bedtime. Periodic saliva tests show the normalization of the cortisol curve throughtout the day (highest in the morning, lowest in the evening). If I stop taking to give it a periodic rest, I have much more trouble falling asleep and my saliva cortisol levels once again go awry. I have only great things to say about this product.

I use this product one hour before I go to bed on nights that I feel I can't sleep because of high energy. It helps to calm down my energy level.
