I read an article online that said Bergamot extract is effective at naturally lowering cholesterol. I wanted to get off statin drugs, so I searched online and found Jarrow Citrus Bergamot. When I tried it, my doctor was impressed with the results. It lowered my cholesterol significantly. Not quite enough to get completely off the statins, but enough to lower my statin dose to the minimum. I'll take that! If I'll lose a little weight and improve my diet, maybe I can get completely off the statins. But I am thankful that Jarrow Citrus Bergamot helped me decrease my reliance on statins.

My alternative person that I go to suggested I take citrus bergamot for cholesterol. I searched and decided to purchase Jarrow's brand. the directions were vague. I was getting heartburn. on doing some research it stated to take about 30 min. before u eat. no heartburn since. my cholesterol level dropped and read it can be good for circulation. it has helped really a lot with pain in my feet. great product
