Suggested Usage

I have been taking circulation for 2 months now. I have not seen blood pressure this low in years. Went from 140 over 88-100 to 117-122 over 66-78. That's pretty awesome in my book.

First the fast delivery was awesome. This has really lowered my blood pressure. I find mixing it in less water, like 6 ounces makes it taste better. Taste is a small price to pay for the results. My HBP has dropped 15-20 points on both sides. Thanks
