Suggested Usage

I have been using Cell Food Essential Silica for 2 months. My nails, hair and gums and skin are so MUCH MORE healthy! This formula is terrific. I had been worried that my nails were never going to be healthy again, after getting gel polish on my nails twice in succession. The gel polish severely damaged my nails. Here I am two months later and my nails are strong and healthy again.
