Suggested Usage
Adults: Take two (2) one-half droppers per serving. One (1) complete squeeze of bulb equals approximately one-half dropper. Recommended up to 3 servings daily.

I love this for the price. I gave this 4 stars because I really liked the chocolate mint flavor better, I sure hope it comes back sometime. I also tried the tangerine but prefer the peppermint over the tangerine. I think this really helps my anxiety and helps me sleep at night. I’ve been using this brand for quite some time.
