Type O’s with mild to moderate stress benefit from the amino acid Tyrosine found in Catechol, which boosts levels of the "calm focus" neurotransmitter Dopamine. Type Os usually possess an overactive version of the enzyme that converts Dopamine to Noradrenaline and Adrenaline, the neurotransmitters associated with increased anxiety. Catechol also features the adaptogen Rhodiola rosea, which helps to modulate the effects of excess Adrenaline on the body during stressful periods.
This formula is more specific to types O and AB, but can be useful for people of other blood types as well.
Suggested Usage
Take 2 (two) capsules 1-3 times daily. Best taken away from food.
