Calmful Sleep is a delicious nutrient-rich sleep formula with an organic Mixed Berry flavor, sweetened with organic stevia. This product features rest-promoting magnesium glycinate, Suntheanine® (a patented premium form of the relaxing amino acid L-theanine), calm-enhancing GABA (a non-protein amino acid) and melatonin, which helps the body ease into restful sleep.
Just add water (preferably hot), let it fizz, then drink - and then . . . Zzzzzzzzzzz.
Suggested Usage
Place powder in a glass or mug; add approximately 1 oz of hot water and stir until dissolved. Fill glass with warm water and enjoy before bedtime.
Individual needs may vary. Start with about half a teaspoon (2g) and increase to a maximum of about 1 rounded teaspoon (4g).

Calmful Sleep helps me calm down to fall asleep and stay asleep all night. I use this 1-2 nights a week. Good taste and the magnesium is easy on the stomach. Excellent product!

It purports to be 6 oz. The illustration is clearly labeled as 16 oz. And I have never seen anywhere else in Canda with 6 oz bottles. Always 4 oz. What is it really?
