Suggested Usage
For optimal results:
Ages 12 and up: 1 teaspoon, 3 times daily.
Ages 6-11: 1/2 teaspoon, up to 4 times daily.
Not for use by children under the age of 6.
Children under the age of 6 may use GaiaKids Bronchial Wellness Syrup.
Shake well before use.

A sad change in formula

Picture is not accurate. The newer verSimon, which I received, is more like cough syrup and far less useful to bronchial relief. AND in the process added a lot more honey was added. The manufacturer moved production from Italy to US and quality went down.
