Zinc is the second-most-abundant trace mineral in your body after iron. Zinc is a powerful mineral involved in supporting healthy immune and endocrine systems as well as skin and cellular function.

Bio Zinc from Solaray is specially formulated for enhanced bioavailability. Scientific studies have shown that zinc is more rapidly absorbed when taken in the form of zinc picolinate and zinc citrate. Vitamin B-6 has been added to help enhance absorption as well.  The product contains zinc as amino acid chelates derived from whole rice concentrate, which does not contain the allergens associated with yeast, soy, or milk derived amino acid chelates.

Suggested Usage

Use only as directed. Take 1 VegCap daily with a meal or glass of water.

Great Product
